We are so excited to welcome you to the One Body studio!
Just a quick few things you should know to help make you first class easy.
You'll want to wear breathable, form-fitting clothing. Long hair should be tied back and dangling accessories removed for safety. We recommend grip socks to be worn in class - any brand of non-skid socks will do. These are available for purchase at the studio.
A water bottle to stay hydrated! You may also choose to bring a sweat towel. Everything else is provided!
Please arrive 5 minutes early to sign in, take a quick tour of the studio, complete your liability waiver, and get prepared for class.
Your instructor will ask you about any old injuries, sensitive spots, or conditions that might need modifications. Be honest! If a movement is painful, it's fine not to do it, or to do a modified version while your body becomes used to Pilates.
