At any age, functional movements and balance are things we need to focus on to prevent falls, help us move around in day-to-day life. Through mobilising and strengthening we will help you to develop functional strength and balance. Functional classes are the perfect introduction for beginners or those aged 50 and up.
Focus on building your endurance, strength, balance and coordination, with an emphasis on control and alignment, this class moves at a controlled pace that's easy to follow and optimise your strength and confidence on the reformer.
This class is perfect for you if you need a little more guidance with your moves, have or are recovering from an injury or have been coming to our clinical classes and need a little more help to improve and maintain strength, mobility and balance to aid in fall prevention and/or combat Osteoporosis or Osteopenia symptoms.
