Our Full Body Reformer classes are a fun, moderate intensity workout designed to super charge the muscles, strengthen the core and gently push your body beyond your perceived limits. Through a considered sequence of functional movements performed on the reformer-machine, you’ll work all of your body’s major (abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and glutes) and deep (your core) stabiliser muscle groups from every direction.
