Marianna “Maz” Campbell

Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Accredited Pilates Instructor

Studio Director and Chief practicing Exercise Physiologist, Maz is the mind and body behind One Body for Life.


Her qualifications and experience in Exercise Physiology guarantee that you’ll be in the safest hands when it comes to finding an exercise regime that is right for you and your body.

 

Maz works to a “it hurts so good” principle with each class expertly choreographed to give you a rewarding full-body workout, strengthening and lengthening muscles you didn’t know had. Maz’ effervescent yet compassionate and caring personality is echoed in her class delivery, with every class performed in a fun and casual, yet carefully considered manner that’ll have you feeling empowered and skipping your way to a healthier mind and body in no time.

We’re so lucky to have such a dedicated and professional member on our team. Chantelle delivers every class with an infectious smile, but don’t let her smile fool you, she’ll have you sweating up a storm and pushing past your limits before you even realise it. 

 

Her knack for delivering classes in a playful yet calm manner will leave you wanting more and have you discovering new strength, flexibility and mobility you didn’t know you had.


Chantelle is a qualified Myofascial Stretch therapist, this is when gentle mobilisation of the body with a focus on fascial lines, clients can be anyone needing help in releasing tension through out the body, whether due to injury, disease or just want release in your exercise journey.

Madison Dawdy

Bachelor Sport & Exercise Science | Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology

Madison is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Accredited Exercise Scientist with a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology which she completed at Southern Cross University.


Madison has a passion for movement and exercise and all the benefits exercise has on both the mind and the body. She has keen interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and loves how pilates can play a massive part in the rehab of a client.


In her spare time Madison loves to train her dressage horses and compete on the weekends. Along with exploring new walks with her beloved Weimaraner ‘London’.
