What we offer …

Private 1:1 exercise sessions

At your private exercise session, you’ll receive one-on-one coaching from our EP, guiding you through the exercises prescribed in your treatment plan.

Group Classes

In our group exercise session (max.10 ppl) you’ll be working alongside other like-minded, health focused individuals as well as our Exercise Physiologist to meet your personal health & fitness goals.


Home Visits

Contact our team to organise a home visit if you are unable to get into the studio

Kids therapy sessions
