Weights Circuit Our Weights Circuit is a small-group strength training class held upstairs in our dedicated gym floor space. With only 5 participants per class, you’ll receive close guidance, personalised coaching, and plenty of space to move well and lift with confidence. This circuit-style session focuses on building full-body strength using weights, improving muscle tone, bone health, and everyday functional movement. Exercises are thoughtfully programmed to be effective, safe, and adaptable to suit your experience level. Led by Rach, an experienced Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, you’ll be supported with clear coaching cues, technique correction, and encouragement throughout the session, so you can train strong without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
