WHAT'S INVOLVED?

This 6-week reformer Pilates program is designed for women over 50 with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia.


It includes:

  • A personalized initial assessment
  • 2 small group classes per week (45 minutes each)
  • Exercises focused on bone strength, posture, balance & mobility
  • A personalised completion assessment


You'll be supported by experienced exercise phsyiologists in a safe, encouraging environment.
