An energetic variation on your normal reformer class
Our Jump Board classes are designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone. This class will get your heart racing and the blood pumping in a fun workout combining high intensity cardio movements with reformer-machine and jump board work. Attaching a Jump Board to the end of our reformers, we add an additional level of intensity to your upper and lower body movements - challenging your muscles, body awareness and core control.
