Our Pre & Postnatal pilates classes are designed for Mums and Mums-to-Be with a focus on improving strength and mobility in both the core and hip stabiliser muscles. Through a combination of functional movements on the reformer, therabands and weights this class will leave you feeling invigorated and energetic without feeling worn out or “over-exercised”.
While we currently don’t offer child-minding services, our studio is child-friendly so if you’d like to bring your Bub along (either to join in or watch) we’d love you to.
