Designed specifically for over 50’s these classes focus on improving strength, mobility and balance to aid in fall prevention and/or combat Osteoporosis or Osteopenia symptoms. Classes are a combination of reformer work, mat work, weights, therabands, foam rollers, balance pads and hurdles as well as stationary cycling.
